The Lifeline 400 is designed to protect people living in their own homes. Supplied as standard with a personal radio trigger, an alarm call can be raised via the home unit from anywhere in the home or garden, simply by pressing the radio trigger or the large red button on the unit.
Lifeline 400 can also provide additional peace of mind by monitoring a wide range of events through the use of intelligent telecare sensors including falls, floods, temperature gas and smoke. It can also provide 24 hour inactivity and intruder monitoring for a greater level of personal and home reassurance.
Amie, the Personal Pendant, is a light weight, compact and 100% waterproof. The pendant can be worn on the wrist, around the neck or clipped to clothing. The pendant's help button is set into a thumb-shaped indentation to prevent accidental false alarms. To reassure the user that the button has been pressed properly, a red light at the top of the pendant lights for a few seconds pressed.
As an added safety feature, Amie performs continuous self-checks, by communicating with the base unit to ensure it is working properly.
Important Features:
Convenience Call - This feature lets subscribers answer incoming calls by using their Amie pendant. It provides for a hands-free, two-way conversation so that people with limited mobility can answer and talk on the phone without rushing to catch the call.
Automatic Pendant Supervision - To add more protection for our subscribers, Amie performs continuous self-checks with the base unit to ensure it is working properly. This way, the pendant lets us know in advance if the battery needs replacing or if the transmitter suddenly becomes inoperable.
Activation Light - This red light at the top of the pendant lights up for a few seconds when pressed to reassure the user that the button has been pressed properly.
